instadownload provides a mobile app and website for saving Instagram posts, reels, stories, highlights, videos, photos, and thumbnails that you own or have permission to download. This policy is intended to match the Google Play app and the public service at https://instadownload.in.

instadownload is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Google Play, or any third-party platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Information We Process

Depending on how you use the app or website, instadownload may process the following information:

• Submitted Instagram links and requested media URLs.
• Download counts, local download history, app activity status, and service request status.
• VIP/FHD subscription status, purchase verification status, and Google Play order references if you provide them to support.

The app does not ask for your Instagram password. Do not send us Instagram passwords or private login credentials.

The Android app does not store browser cookies. The app may use local app storage for settings and download history, and backend requests may use your pasted link, device/app signals, IP address, and subscription status required to deliver the service.
